*Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be:
l Unused
l In original packaging
l Accompanied by proof of purchase
* Exceptions:
Returns are not accepted for:
l Customer-selected wrong size/style (we offer a 20% discount code for a new order instead)
l Requests made more than 12 hours after purchase for cancellations or changes
* Defective or Damaged Items
If an item is defective or damaged, email support@topofashion.com with a photo and your order number. We will provide the return address and arrange a replacement if approved.
* Refund Process
l Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.
l Approved refunds are processed within 30 business days to the original payment method.

u Contact your card provider or bank.
u Still unresolved? Email support@topofashion.com.
* Exchanges
Exchanges are accepted only for defective or damaged items. Contact us with order details, and we will assist in exchanging for the same product.
