Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be:

Unused

In original packaging

Accompanied by proof of purchase

 

* Exceptions:
Returns are not accepted for:

Customer-selected wrong size/style (we offer a 20% discount code for a new order instead)

Requests made more than 12 hours after purchase for cancellations or changes

* Defective or Damaged Items
If an item is defective or damaged, email support@topofashion.com with a photo and your order number. We will provide the return address and arrange a replacement if approved.

* Refund Process

Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.

Approved refunds are processed within 30 business days to the original payment method.

*Missing a Refund?

Check your account or credit card statement.

Exchanges are accepted only for defective or damaged items. Contact us with order details, and we will assist in exchanging for the same product.
